Terms

Safety is something that That VR Thing prioritizes and works actively to establish, as visitors must be as safe as possible during your visit with us. Therefore, the following rules of procedure have been established:

Everyone who is a visitor to us, whether participating in activities or visiting us, must follow the instructions and guidelines that are clearly printed.

Fighting is not allowed and we ask that you use extreme caution when inside the arena to avoid tripping and hitting yourself.

Visitors under the age of 8 are unfortunately not allowed to play our games as our games are designed for children aged 8 and up.

If you are injured or suffer from any illness or diagnosis, you should always consult a doctor before participating. If you are pregnant, you will unfortunately have to wait with our experience until after the birth. This is for safety reasons so that nothing happens to you or the child/children.

If the visitor does not follow or accept That VR Thing's rules of procedure, he is not entitled to use the Services. The visitor is then also not entitled to any amount refunded for the time that has not been used.

You are not allowed to put on or take off the VR equipment yourself. All equipment is managed by staff. You will receive instructions on how to handle the equipment during the game on site. If it is not followed and equipment is damaged, you will be charged on the spot up to SEK 5,000 in fees for damaged equipment

If you have booked the entire arena, hire us or team building and choose to cancel your visit less than 3 days before your visit, you still pay for your place.

If you have booked one of our games or parties and choose to cancel your visit less than 24 hours before your booking, you still pay for your place.

The company is insured, but if you should injure yourself, it is your private home and personal insurance that applies.
